Angela's Ashes

In 1935, many Irish families left their country, ravaged by hunger, for America, but the McCourt family did just the opposite. After the sudden death of his daughter Margaret, with only seven weeks, Angela and Malachy, her alcoholic husband, to ship in the port of New York to Cock. Accompanied by her four children back to that unknown place by small and they have just heard that it is a land where no work and where people die of cold.

This movie is about the lack of a family and all the obstacles they face in order to survive.
I give it a 9.0 because the story grabs you and gives you an introspection of life.
